Hi Guys,

Ok, I have been off this site for some time, lots happened in my personal life, and whatever I lost, I gained back, so I have to start fresh... :(

But that's ok, I am currently on 23% Body fat, Weight: 79kg, Height: 165cm and I want to compete in June or July, depending on if I'm ready in time. I have got a few questions and things that I noticed when I diet, will you guys please give me feedback?

I am going to do the following ketogenic diet for 3 weeks long:

M:1
Whey Shake with 10 Almonds
M:2
2 Full Eggs
M:3
Whey Shake with 10 Almonds
M:4
1 Cup Green veg (Spinach, Broccoli or Green Beans)
150g Chicken or Red meat, lean cuts or Fish
M:5
Whey Shake with 10 Almonds
M:6
1 Cup Green Veg
150g Chicken or fish or red meat

This diet adds up to about 1100cal. For my frame that is a bit low...to tell you the truth, I am very hungry now, my tummy is rumbling. I normally do not keep up with low cal diets for long, I go on a binge after a few days and pick up all the weight I lost. I'ts a vicious circle for me. But I want to see results asap, else I get demotivated and just give up. I am really struggling with getting my mindset right.

If I leave this diet after 3 weeks and do a carb cycle where I add 1 high carb meal at the end of a day, every 4th day, the rest of the diet being low/no carb, would this be advisable? I work long hours per day and do track work 2 x per week. I train hard and heavy, quite intense, I want to add more size to my upper body (lats and shoulders) to get a better figure body.

Do you think I must rather do a 1700-1800cal diet? I am only using CYT 3 with this, a multivit, CLA and BCAA's.

What if I add a small amount of Masteron once a week? I'm not to concerned with sides, will keep it low/minimal, I have some at home left from my hubby's contest last year.

Read this

Masteron is the big daddy of Proviron..... i wouldn't use it if i was a woman :)

** Quote for article.......... woman should avoid this drug due to its virilising side-effects**

Guys, I have a serious problem and I need some help. I gained a lot of weight and need to loose it, but I lack motivation and commitment. How the hell do I get my ass in gear and get going? I start off fresh, have all my sups for 3 weeks set out, my diet and workout plan, and then boom, I fail by giving in to the smallest temptation, and just mess up the rest of the day. It's like I do not have will power! I am sooooo frustrated with myself! Any advice anyone? Hubby even gave me a goal weight and said he will stick me for a boob job if I reach it, and still I can't get my sh*t together.
What the hell is wrong with me?

one slip up is not the end of the world. losing weight is like a marathon it is slow and take time. dont be so hard on yourself. you made a slip up. nothing you can do about it. accept it and just carry on. you want to drop wieght too quick and thats why you feel like a failure. take it slow.

set yourself a reacheble monthly goal. like 1kg a week 4kg a month. if you do more great.

If working on body and character doesnt cost you something its woth noting. If criticism is all that proceed out of your mouth then know that is how you feel about yourself and depicts the health of your soul.

You can't just know the what, you need to know the why. If you don't know the why, you will give up when it gets tough.

^ This is a saying my friend told me when I saw the great results she got when she changed her lifestyle - she shook off 25kg and looks stunning now. If you don't have a clear cut reason for training - be it for yourself, a comp, a bet etc. - then you won't stick with it. Very few people train for the sake of training.

Sit down and think about why you want to train and why you want to improve. Everytime you get discouraged this reason should flare up in your mind. If it doesn't motivate you to stick with it...it's not a good enough reason.

Ok, I read a book that help get your mind back on track...I think I'm motivated enough to make this my best year ever. I am just going to kick-start my diet as set out above, can't wait cause last time I nearly lost 7kg's in 2 weeks on this. I want to compete again this year, and no matter how long it will take to get me where I need to be, I am motivated and commited to get the results I want.

Stick a picture of what you want to look like on a place that you look at for the majority of your day. Every time you are tempted, look at it and tell yourself that you are only cheating yourself. You do not need steroids or supplements, you need a good diet. Contact DJ through Admin and spend money on getting yourself a quality diet rather than on supplements/steroids which should not be your first priority.

I also do not know how many hours you work per day, and I don't know your personal life, but what I will say is that there is no substitute for hard work. If you are not consistently busting your butt in the gym, even with a good diet, you will most probably not get to where you want to be.

For me, motivation comes from within. When you start seeing results, it will only fuel your hunger to reach your goal. Although these results won't come overnight, or even over a week, they will come and this is where you will need patience and persistence. If you want it bad enough, you won't eat badly and you won't need motivation from anyone but yourself.

If it was easy, everyone in the world would look good.

Any other time I'm struggling to get motivated, I listen to this speech by Eric Thomas:
