Please crit my diet was created by Volstruis
Hi gents

So trying to cut down some BF hopefully 14% or less.


8.30am - oats mixed with protein shake, bannana,milk thistle tablets, multivitamins
11am - protein shake ,apple
1pm - chicken breast and vegetables / can of tuna on rye bread with an apple
4pm - chicken breast and sweet potato
6.30pm - Gym: 3dt +USN pure creatine.30 mins prior to workout.
8pm - protein shake banana
9pm - chicken breast & vegetales
10pm - protein shake

Replace shake with eggs at breakfast
Replace apple with nuts
Add in some carbs 60min before gym
Add in some red meat into diet
Last protein shake should contain some fat as well or eat some steak

1) Go read DJ's "Dieting 101" and "Dieting 102" stickies. It is very important to know HOW MUCH your body needs in terms of Calories so that you don't end up losing muscle, not just fat.

2) Once you know how many Calories you should be eating to lose fat, you should then be able to calculate how much of each food you should be eating at every meal.

3) Agree with iMan. Far too many shakes, you will get bored of chicken very quickly, canned tuna is more expensive than steak (120g drained weight for +-R12) and it tastes kak, unsalted nuts are filling and a good source of fats.

I would do this (weights depend on your daily caloric needs):

8.30: Oats + Eggs (or Fish/Chicken if you don't mind eating meat in the morning)
11am: Chicken Fillets + Almonds (plain)
1pm: Steak + Broccoli
4pm: Chicken fillets + Sweet potato/Cous-Cous
6pm: Oats + Raisins + Honey
6.30pm: Supplements
7pm: Train
8pm: Protein Shake
9pm: Chicken Fillet + Veg
10pm: Steak/Casein Protein Shake + Cashews/Almonds

Fish or chicken in the morning? No I would rather eat my own vom. If you absolutely have to put meat in the morning, MK, (Which I don't think he has to with that breakfast) add in mince and eggs or steak and eggs.

To be honest, I actually prefer meat over bile. And eggs turn me into a gas machine. It was just a suggestion in case Volstruis can stomach meat in the morning which is why I said that part in parentheses.

But ya, those are good alternatives PROVIDED it's extra lean mince or boiled eggs.

I have steak in the mornings, goes down just fine:lol: had some chicken the other day too, wasnt bad at all.

Na I stick to my eggs in the morning, I want to get my first meal down quickly so that I can hit the road
