Good day friends,
I have just started a small cycle on Sunday which consist of PGW Test Prop 1,5ml eod for 8 weeks and frontload 4x LP Dbols pd for 4 weeks. Since Tuesday I am in terrible pain(right knee and right ankle) which I treat with Dicloflam and Colchicine(meds from drinking days gone by  ). Could it be something in my diet? I will try to name everything per day and please feel free to comment...
04:45 - Pre training - 50g 100% Whey, 50g raw oats, 20g raisins blended with water. 1 Dbol, 2 CLA, 1Solal Hormone booster.
04:55 - Pre training - Purus labs Condense(small scoop attached) with water.
05:05 - Training.
06:05 - Post training - 50g 100% Whey, 50g Dextrose, Water.
10:00 - 50g to 100g Game(Kudu) biltong.
13:00 - 250g skinless chicken breast or 250g steak with mixed veg or sweet potato.
1 Dbol, 2 CLA, 1000mg Vit C, Ciplaton Multivit.
16h00 - USN Fastgrow Anabolic (I know, I know....got the tub for free)
18h30 - 250g skinless chicken breast or 250g steak with mixed veg or sweet potato or brocolli. 1 Dbol, 2 CLA, 1 Solal Hormone booster.
21:00 - 50g 100% Whey, 2 desert spoon p/butter(BSSA), water. 1 Dbol.

My feeling is that it could be excess acid, like CLA.......

Etwa, thanks for the info. It could be the following, but I doubt it:
"Conditions that cause an abnormal rapid turnover of cells, such as psoriasis, multiple myeloma, hemolytic anemia, or tumors."

My old man suffers from gout, or use too. Basically he remove all acidic things from his diet. Red wine, tomatoes etc...

Something I read:
When the human body breaks down chemicals called purines it produces uric acid. Purines can be found naturally in your body, as well as in food, such as organ meats, anchovies, asparagus, mushrooms and herring.

Most of the time uric acid dissolves and goes into the urine via the kidneys. However, if the body is producing too much uric acid, or if the kidneys are not excreting enough uric acid, it builds up. The accumulation results in sharp urate crystals which look like needles. They accumulate in the joints or surrounding tissue and cause pain, inflammation and swelling.

Google a list of foods that cause gout and take it from there.

There must be a connection between steroids and aggrevating gout, because anabolic steroids like test increase uric acid levels in your body, and uric acid causes gout.

No easy way around this one bud.

Try some base powder, raises your ph to above 7. Seems to do the trick for me.

This is a good thing. I used Bi-Carb for this for a while - changed overall acidity nicely.

Try A-Vogel Multiforce Alkaline Powder - Brilliant stuff.
