Suggested diet, any good? was created by roger
Please help. I want to loose the belly & fat but not too much size and muscle.

My suggested eating plan:

30min cardio at 5:50am
whey protein after training
bfast consisting of oats at 07:00
2 egg whites & tuna at 10:00
1 chicken breast with mixed veg/stirfry & 1/2 portion rice at 13:00
weight training at 16:00
whey protein after training
1 chicken breast or tenderized steak with mix veg/stirfry
2 - 3L water per day.

Thanks a again.
Roger!

you need some protein with your breakfast. eggs are the obvious choice.
you need to go by grams, not portions.
the diet looks clean but the calories are important. you need to work them out as well as a breakdown of your macro-nutrients.
go for broccoli instaed of mixed veg, you will need the fibre

Should I add a teaspoon of peanut butter at supper?

I dont see any fats in there.

Look at adding salmon oil caps with your meals, 3 caps after breakfast and 3 after lunch.
You can also add a table spoon of olive oil to your tuna, remember these are good fats and need to calculated as calories too.

For example: a table spoon of olive oil is about 14g fat, then multiply it by 9 to get the calorie contents which is 126 calories

200g raw chicken breast is around 45g protien, the multiply by 4 to get calories, =180 calories

Hope it helps, but all this info can be found in the stickies section.

a good rule of thumb is to go for 20 - 25% unsaturated mono and poly fat

yeah go through the links iMan kindly posted. a diet isnt something you can create 10mins over the internet. its a science.

once youve worked out your exact maintenance calories the job is half done. from there you can add calories for a bulk, or take some away for a cut
