Are you competing?

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

Hey chap! No bro I've just been so good as far as dieting has been going before my cycle, down 9kg in 10 weeks. But last time I hit the town it set me back a week.
Just looking for an excuse:-)

Well then don't go balls to the wall but I do not believe in limiting your social life for a diet.. Others will disagree. Tonight I had my cheat meal, went weeeell over macros, had a draught and a whiskey and even though I feel a little guilty (probably more the massive onion rings, cheese burger, wings and chips) I still feel less stressed and in a good mood. So go ahead.

I am also of the belief that stopping to see the sights along the journey, helps in preventing massive detours later...

Does that make sense?

When I used to drink, I did castle lite or castle lite draught. The pint only has 2g of carbs though the alcohol still plays a part in the calories. Its the one to have when you having more than one

The biggest concern around the drinking shouldn't be the calories as you can always adjust for remainder of the week to be in your deficit. For me it was the dehydration and the babalaas which led to no gym for 2 days following or a pretty kak weak workout

So I just quit altogether.
