No problem. In fact, it will get you into ketosis faster, deeper, and allow for more mistakes. Just watch out- until you get into ketosis you might get some bastard headaches.

Hi Pyro,

Thanks for the reply, i have been doing some reading but cant seem to find an exact post on the how to do keto.
I dont want to be spoon fed but i would like some help , would it possible for you to please direct me in the right way as to where to read?

And also do you recomend me opening up a new thread for myself as i really want to do the Keto diet.

I can sum up the keto diet in one sentence- 'As little carbs as possible, everything else go nuts as long as you stay within your calories'. Pun intended.
