Thanks a lot! I will give it a go for around 2 weeks, the check my stats and decide if I need to drop calories. I will then decrease carbs. My training program is hectic, some of my clients can't even complete it. But it's great, I love a good challenge.

Will do...it is nice just getting someone from outside to check your program and give advice..Its easy giving advice, but I'm always in doubt when designing my own plan of action.

Thanks a lot, I feel a lot better. Will check back in 2 weeks time and hopefully a few kg's lighter.

If your training program is that intense I think you are gonna suffer without carbs in your diet. If I were you, doing all the training you are doing, I would just stick to a proper normal diet with a caloric deficit. The latter being the most important!

Using your stats I calculated your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) to be 1594 cals. At your level of activity, I would say your RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) is about 2750 cals. This means you should consume 2750 cals per day to maintain your current bodyweight!! I am 300% sure that the reason you lost muscle the last time because you ate probably WAYYYY too little seeing as you were on AAS aswell.

Jou dieet is so deurmekaar soos kots in ´n tuimeldroer. Ek het probeer om dit te decode´ maar ek het ongelukkig nie sewe jaar beskikbaar nie. ;) Kan jy dit asb netjies maak en dit daarna weer post?

Heheee!!!! Gaan probeer, sal dit oor tik in plaas van copy en paste. Die dieet wat ek nou doen, is as volg:

20g SSN whey shake met Nescafe Espresso coffee, en sweetner (ek maak 'n koffie en gebruik die cookies 'n cream as 'n creamer, dis heerlik, en ek love melk, maar is lactose intolerant, daarom help dit goed.

07h00
50g Oats
1 TBSPN Coconut oil of Almond/Peanut Butter (als van natures choice, sonder enige bygevoegde bestandele)
30g SSN Whey shake (hier herhaal ek die koffie ding, of anders doen ek 'n sugar free hot chocolate met choc flavour whey van SSN, met sweetner.

10h00
Ek herhaal 07h00 ete, dis lekker, gemaklik by die werk om te maak.

13h30
60g Basmati rys
100g Pampoen, of mushrooms, non-green groentes sonder baie carbs, dus geen peas, carrots, butternut, etc.
100g Green Veg, ie broccoli, spinasie, etc.

16h00
POST TRAINING-Whey Shake

19h30
Ek herhaal 13h30 se etes, maar sonder die rys.

Dit kom neer op 'n 40/40/20 split, 1700 Cal.

Ek neem dan: Multivit Spirulina, Vit C, Calsium, Folic Acid, BCAA's, Glutamine, Digestive Enzimes, en Q10

Ek het gedink om ECA's by te sit, net 1?

Ek het 'n baie lang dag, werk van 5am tot 7-8pm. Kry nie veel tyd om kos gaar te maak nie. Moet maar "gemaklike kos" maak, hehee!

Is dit meer verstaanbaar?

Way too many shakes, way too many, and not enough whole foods, are you a vegetarian because I dont see any fish or chicken?

Sorry, I forgot to add the 120g chicken at 13h30 and at 19h30. I cannot stomach eggs anymore, I want to vomit, I don't have time in the evening to prepare oat and egg white pancakes, and I am fed-up with those as well. I know I do not get a wide source of protein in, but currently it works well with my lifestyle.

Hierdie is n koffie en nie n maaltyd nie. Baie belangrik dat jy carbs en proteine vir jou eerste maaltyd kry. Jy moet behoorlik eet neh! ;)

Stem saam met KOE hier dit is nogal baie shakes. Die probleem met heel kosse vervang met shakes is dat jy kry nogsteeds die selfde proteine, maar geen van die micro-nutrients wat saam met dit kom nie. Dit is nie doodsake as jy regtig egtig nie heel kosse kan eet nie, maar fokus daarop dat waar dit in jou beheer kom eet eerder heel kosse. Vir iemand soos jy wat so baie oefen en nie heel kosse in kry nie is dit baie belangrik dat jy ´n goeie multivitamine inkry. I.m.o is Spirulina nie goed genoeg nie. Ek beveel aan jy kry Go! Woman. Dit is die beste in sy klas en die prys is nie waansinnig baie nie. Lees binne die kwotasie vir verdere gedagtes.

Ek gebruik Biogen se multivit, die oukie by ons Dischem se dis die beste. Ek drink 2 per dag. Ek het al die go woman gedrink, maar sjoe, die pil stink! Heheeee!

Dankie julle vir die input, ek gan probeer waar moontlik, die shakes met eier witte vervang. :P

Biogen is 'n binne-huis produkte van Dischem. Mens maak die meeste wins met hierdie produkte. Ek is glad nie verbaas dat iemand wat se salaris deur Dischem betaal word jou gese het dat die binne-huis produkte wat Dischem maak die beste is nie. :whistle:

My advies is kry ve jou Go! Woman en inpleks van dit ruik kan jy dit eerder drink. Hahaha Grappie!
