Hey Gents

So I've been to 2 different Gyms and had my BF taken with calipers and both came out with the same measurements one guy is a top senior national fitness model and is really on the ball.
Tricep-8mm
Sub scapulae-11mm
Abs-18mm
Supra lilac-15mm
Thigh-18mm
Calve-10mm

183cm and 94.5kg empty first thing.
What does that work out 2? They recon 10.9percent my legs arms and body are lean but I can only just see my Abs.
Does that sound right.

Thanks guys

I get your BF @14.53% using the Jackson-Pollack 4 site method.

If you want to use the 7-site method you need to get your chest and mid-axillary measurements. For the 9-site method you need the same.

Just a quick question! How reliable/accurate are caliper tests?

THe reason I ask is that I measured in at 12.2% using 9 point Parillo and measured by two people completely unrelated to each others businesses.

My readings are:
Chest: 5mm & 5
Ab: 21mm & 22
Thigh: 9mm & 8
Bicep: 6mm & 6
Tricep: 8mm & 8
Subscap: 13mm & 12
Suprailliac: 10mm & 11
Lower back: 11mm & 11
Calf: 7mm & 7

Both guys said to me the high Ab is basically skin and hardly any fat. They said due to my age it probably won't shrink (even though I Bio-oil like a biaatch) and a nip tuck is the solution (NOT an option)

But if I look at photos of other guys I think I look more around the 18% mark.

The problem with this is the measurements taken. So it´s super important to get your measurements done by someone who knows what they are doing. Water retention can also throw off the readings by a couple. If your measurements are correct I would say it´s pretty accurate.

I will enter your data into the calculator and see what I get. I need your age and weight bud.

I get 12.11%, Weight now 91kg (200.62lbs), Total score 90,
then using formula BF%=Score-weight(lbs) x 27
But if I look at other pics I look way more
That is why I used two people cause I thought the first guy screwed up but alas...

Remember we are all different in that we store fat in different areas of the body. From your measurements it is clear you store most of your fat on your abdominal area but you are pretty lean everwhere else.
