I want to know if anyone can give me some advice?

I'm struggling to lose my last few kg's, even though I'm training very hard (Lots of Cardio and Strength training) and my diet is also correct.
I have 22% BF? (female)

Will I be able to lose weight if I use, Clen with Anavar?

Its only a guideline Annemarie, to many false readings out there (male&female). With pictures one can say - I look similar to that...

Then we as forum members have a better idea

Once you were below 10% and went up again, it does very bad things for a grils self-esteem.

thats quite far from the 22% you said earlier. post your diet and training programme. you still have some weight to lose before adding in a fat burner

I follow the Tim Noakes eating plan, high in protein and fats.
Monday- Long run (6-10km)
Tuesday- Strength training in the gym (upper body) and Cardio (10km Bike)
Wednesday- interval running (100m sprints) or Hill running
Thursday- Strength training in the gym (legs)
Friday- interval running (400m, 800m)
On Saturdays I normally run Cross Country races, otherwise I rest.

Breakfast- 2 or 3 eggs made in Coconut Oil
Snack- berries or nuts
Lunch- Salad with a protein (normally Tuna or chicken)
Pre-Workout protein shake with Full cream milk
Dinner- Meat with Vegetables

so its high fat high protein with lots of carbs and sugar? dont see how thats ever going to work.

have a look at the link, i think you will find a ketogenic diet a lot more effective

i will go hungry on this diet.. i think i will loose lots of muscle... lots.. way too little..

what i read is that you train everyday.. and with this diet.. you cannot loose weight. i mean just 3 eggs.. (i guess it includes the yellow)..

it might also be a good idea to indicae how much of each you eat.. coz for me.. nuts would be a handfull, where as for some one else its 'die hele pakkie"..

I eat 4 meals a day, with extra ones before and after workout.. my breakfast alone is 6 egg whites..just to give you an idea. On this forum there are pretty good samples of diets and ideas you can follow. If you dont loose anything after 3 weeks on any eating plan..ur doing something wrong.. either your not eating as per plan, or the plan is not for you...

oh..and before you consider clen.. please read the post on "everything you need to know about clen...". its on this forum..
pretty awsome and informative. There is one part where one guy said, you dont need clen for proper weigh loss.

thats my advise.. first get ur diet right.. then add the other goodies.
