Hey Guys

Just want some critism on my keto diet and some pointers please ..

o and another question realisticly when can i start keto after my cycle ?

Heres my current bulking daily intake so you can see the deficit: ( all calculations done on fatsecret )

Fat: 80.76 g
Protein: 269.16 g
Carbs: 269 g
Calories add up to 2928

Current Stats :
weight:92.5 kgs
height: 187cm
age 21

Keto Diet :

Breakfast (56.25g fat, 2.24g carbs, 39.79g protein, 678 calories)

3 large whole eggs
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 thin slices of cheddar cheese

Lunch (79.81g fat, 17.81g carbs, 75.98g protein, 1068 calories)

Broccoli
1 cup chopped brocolli
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Peanuts
200 g Beef Steak

Post Workout (1.20g fat, 1.90g carbs, 24.00g protein, 115 calories)

32g synergy whey

Dinner (39.81g fat, 8.57g carbs, 46.33g protein, 573 calories)

150g Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 an Avocado

Bedtime Snack (8.06g fat, 3.13g carbs, 4.01g protein, 94 calories)

1 tbsp unsalted unsweetend peanut butter

All this adds up to
185.13g fat, 33.65g carbs, 190.11g protein, 2528 calories

What do you guys thinks ?

looks good then. cutting the cheese and changing the nuts will get you under 30g of carbs, or there abouts

@Mr one last question whilst on the keto whats the best training style to use as i know your prob the best guy to ask ever .. for example the weight training should i go lighter and more reps and the cardio should i use HIIT for example 30 mins like the rock uses or slower longer cardio .. know im jacking my own thread but gotta ask the OOMs that really know .. O and thanks a million for all the help really appreciate

keep cardio low intesity. going too intense while on keto will result in muscle loss along with the fat. long and slow cardio.
train with weights as you usually do, 8-12 reps/ failure. make sure you are resting enough between sets.
