Broccoli
1 cup chopped brocolli
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Peanuts go for macadamia nuts, less carbs
200 g Beef Steak
Post Workout (1.20g fat, 1.90g carbs, 24.00g protein, 115 calories)
32g synergy whey
Dinner (39.81g fat, 8.57g carbs, 46.33g protein, 573 calories)
150g Chicken Breast
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 an Avocado
Bedtime Snack (8.06g fat, 3.13g carbs, 4.01g protein, 94 calories)
1 tbsp unsalted unsweetend peanut butter
All this adds up to
185.13g fat, 33.65g carbs, 190.11g protein, 2528 calories
