Would like to know what you think and opinions please:

Meal 1 @06H00
x3 Whole eggs, boiled or scrambles
60gr (raw) oats

Meal 2 @10H00
50gr Evox protein shake
tbl spoon peanut butter
x1 Apple

Meal 3 @12-13H00
150gr chicken breast/lean mince or steak with broccoli x1 cup

Meal 4@15H00 - Before gym
150gr chicken breast/lean mince or steak

after gym - 50GR Whey 10gr glutamine

19H00 - Same as lunch

before bed
tbl spoon peanut butter

30Yrs
1.70m
25% bf

Been doing this diet for a month now and I have lost a fair amount of weight, on the max-ot programme. Cardio three times a week and on weekends.

nice man, keep going then. id save the apple for pre workout along with some oats. how many calories in this diet? looks really low. sure you could get away with adding a few more cals. like the oats pre and some starchy carbs post.

Also try to stay away from red meat before gym. Can't remember the exact reason why, I just remember DJ mentioned it once. Think it has something to do with been harder to digest.

Can I up the protein intake and take mid morning 100gr chicken as well??and then take 100gr chicken before gym as well?

When cutting, you need to eat atleast 150g-200g protein per day from pure protein sources (I.e protein in e.g oats doesn't count). This is a big part of not losing muscle while dropping fat. Leave the fruit as fruit contains fructose which is a sugar. For weight loss you should avoid sugar unless its directly before or after a workout. Peanut butter before bed is good and add some whey in there.
