Hi guys, just joined and wondering if you could take a look at my diet and see where I can improve on it.
Breakfast:
2 boiled eggs on toast
100g of oats
Banana
30g whey protein in milk
Mid Morning:
4 Pro Vita and Mozerella
About 10 Almonds
Lunch:
2 small chicken breasts and rice
strawberry yoghurt
apple
Pre Workout:
Pre workout supplement
Post Workout:
Whey Protein with 50g Oats
Supper:
Salad
Stew/Pasta/Chicken Breasts
Before Bed:
Whey Protein in milk
