hi guys, iv been off training for 5 months got injured by been an idiot, anyway i was on keto and things were going good, anyway have started keto again and came across this recipe so i decided to share it with you guys, its amazing will keep u sane.
basically it consists of 4 main ingredients lean beef, cauliflower, Gouda cheese, cream, mixed herbs
spinach, egg whites, mushrooms , bacon, biltong shavings can be added.
basically you make it like a lasagne but you use the cauliflower as your pasta sheets.
i cook everything on my flat top grill no extra oil needed.
then start layering ingredient's in a pirex dish
starting from the bottom
cauliflower, mince, biltong shavings,grated Gouda ,cream, then repeat till happy, cover with cheese and bake in the oven,
all the ingredients will marry together and i promise its amazing seasoning is what u like personally.
it is a heavy meal, but here is the list of products i use and their values, so just adjust the amounts of each ingredients to suit your needs.another plus is that you can make a big batch at once and dip into it when you feeling for something tasty.
