I am a recreational bodybuilder and just started with my second cycle (in three years). I'm sure everybody has seen my post on the cycle (Deca, Sus, Dianabol). I have just started week 5 of 12 week cycle and already gained 4 kgs. This is the diet I follow with as much protein as possible: Any comments are welcome.....
04h45 - Shake - 1 packet Organic Oats, 200ml fat Free milk, 2,5 scoops WPC.
5 Spirulina tabs
1 Milk Thissle
1 500mg Vit C
1 Flaxseed cap
05h00 to 06h10 - Gym
06h20 - Shake - 1 packet Organic Oats, 200ml Fat Free milk, 3 scoops WPC, 6 egg whites and 1 yolk, desertspoon crunchy p/butter.
08h00 - Green apple
10h00 - 3 scoops WPC with 100ml fat Free milk
Blesbok biltong
13h00 - 2 tins shredded tuna in water (With minimal cheddar cheese and onion)
1 Green apple.
16h00 - 2 skinless chicken breasts, sweet potato
19h00 - Lean steak,or chicken breasts,or fish with mixed veg or mixed salad
1 Milk Thissle
1 cap Flaxseed
1 500mg Vit C
21h00 - 3 scoops WPC with 150ml Fat free milk and 150ml water.
I consume water throughout the day, on average 3 litres+
