Hi,

I am new here , this will be my first post so be gentle :) . I am busy turning my life around when I started my weight was 154.4Kg. I am now on 119.00 Kg. This is in a time line of lets say 6 months now with the help of Duromine. I am going to start training now, please see my diet. This diet will be for further weight loss. A little back ground, I player a lot of rugby ( a few years ago ) and my weight was 105kg @ 17% body fat.

Stats now:
Age: 29
Height: 1.83
Weight now : 119.00kg
Fat %: no idee

Meal 1 QTY
OATS 100G 1
WHOLE LARGE EGG 50G 1
EGG WHITE LARGE 33G 3

Meal 2
TUNA DRAINED 100G IN WATER 1
LIGHT MAYO 1TBSP 15G 1

CHICKEN BREAST 100G 1
NUST ALMONDS 100G 0.1
LIGHT MAYO 1TBSP 15G 1


Meal 4 ( PRE )
WEY PROTEIN PER SERVING 1

Besides your post workout which is shit your diet is actually pretty good! And you have worked out the energy content of your diet which is super! Congrats on your weight loss bud that's really well done! For post workout you can leave the beans, and one hour post workout some carbs and protein again.

I have to add that your fat loss is because of your diet and very little to do with the duramine. You can think about adding more protein to make sure you don't lose some of that hard earned muscle!

Congratulations Hoyt - Thats excellent progress!

Diet looks good and you are on the right track.
For post workout, just go with whey and any good carb (potato, oats, rice)

Are you doing any weight training at all?

Hi.yes will be doing weight training 5 days a week and 30-45 min cardio.

Hi and Welcome.

Congrats with your transformation in progress.

If possible, try and split your training, Cardio in the mornings, weight training evenings.

Thanks oupa! Will do my cardio in the morning then. And weight training in the evening. Wil change up my training program every 12 weeks or so to keep my body guessing and not get used to a surtain routine.
