Pyro,I do about 15reps,at a weight at which I really struggle with at last rep,esp last set,last leg workout I trained till I wanted to throw up,twice.Leg press @ 50kg,lunges/squats with weights 25kg,leg extensions 45kg,leg curl @ 40kg.Hammies and calves are still non existant,working hard at it!

Your problem is definately that you are not using enough weight. I promise you your legs are MUCH stronger than what you perceive as logical. I use to leg press 120kg I thought it was not bad at all for someone just starting. Then a mate of mine told me this exact thing and we loaded 200kg on the machine which I could also do. Moral of the story- when doing legs, be an animal and not a girl.

Also try and decrease the reps to 8, where in these 8 reps you need to heavy enough that you can't do one more if someone held a gun against your head. Hamstrings? Try and bend a little as well as this brings out the hamstring. Just like stiff leg deadlifts.

Yes and keep eating!! Give it more than three weeks atleast 3 months to see proper results.

try the following on the seated calf machine.

10 reps 10 second rest
15 reps 15 second rest
25 reps 25 second rest
15 reps 3 second rest
10 reps then rest

repeat 3x
