Charles Poliquin knows his shit. Nice link. He also has very good advice about how to supplement BCAAs. Definitely worth a read as well. All his advice is backed up by studies and lots of experience with top level clients.

Good I do all of that :woohoo:
So I am good on the rep range:
For everything I do 4x6, finding that to be my sweet spot as Pyro would say, EXCEPT:
Thighs and ham strings which is 3x10
Calves which is 3x30
Forearms which is 3x15
Good Mornings 2x15, and;
Neck which is 2x15

Based on the training part. How would one cycle from max ot to 9-12 rep range and back to max ot
