Cheese.. was created by Rhino
Hey Gents

Ok I no diary isn't ideal but I'm battling getting eggs down, what's the best cheese I could grate a bit of into an omelet? That woolies slimers cheese? Motzarela.
I'm on a lean bulk so a couple of extra cals won't hurt I just don't want to use cheddar or something to fatty.

Thanks

You can add cheese on a bulk no problem but then don't eat it in the same meal as carbs.

What I do is spread fat free cottage cheese on. I'll have to check the brand for you, but you can get it from PnP/Checkers. The flavour I like most is the sweet thai chilli. It really takes away the monotone taste of the eggs. Only a little bit makes a big difference! I will get back to you on the brand.

Use cheese powder - Ronnie used to do that as well.
What about some Robertson's Steak and Chop spice?

Lancewood? Their fat-free cottage cheese is by far the best (macronutrient-wise) available.

I drink around about a litre of milk a day and I eat cheese whether Im bulking or cutting and I still look sharp and I'm no ectomorph. Nothing wrong with cheese IMO, if it fits your macros you gains wont suffer. I might get some hate for this comment

Applause from me bro. Perfect example of how eating habits works for your body but will wreck another persons if they apply it as a formula to themselves.

Make some scrambled eggs and, add pepper, mushrooms and onions (optional) and throw in some tabasco sauce. The new habanero flavour is awesome! Guarantee you'd be eating this everyday

Agree 100% with this. Jalapeño's and Tobasco sause is my all time favorite.

I say go with any type of cheese even the white ones, all in moderation is good no matter what your eating plan is.

Hey Rhino,

I know this reply is a little late.. But bro, just another option I like using every now and then... I make an omelet and buy that smoked Salmon or Trout (more affordable) from Woolies or PNP and chop up and add fresh coriander, break up a small block of the 'light' feta and top with Avo. It's a really delicious omelet! Give it a try bro. You can also add the salmon / trout and coriander to your scrambled eggs! It's the 'bomb' in my opinion!
