Help on my diet was created by Bren1324
Hi there guys my stats

1,72m
101kg
I believe i have to consume 3200 for maintenance. My aim is 1700 calories a day with cals burnt from cardio already deducted.

Some background
I recently (1 month)started to lift weights and do cardio from a lay of about 6 years.I don't know what i have lost the past month but i'm two pants sizes smaller. I find it very difficult to measure myself on the scale as it has been steady for the last 3 weeks but i can see i lost weight.
I would like some diet advice for cutting.

I do cardio in the morning everyday and weights +- 5 times a week.

My Diet at the moment

Meal 1
Oats
Whey
Apple
1000 mg Omega3 and Omega6

Meal 2
Chicken/tuna
2 slices ultima whole wheat Bread
Trim mayo

Meal 3(pre work out)
Whey
apple
No xplode

Meal 4(post workout)
Whey

Meal 5
Chicken
broccoli, coliflower, carrots, pumkin(mixed fresh veg)

Meal 6 (before bed)
Whey

Don't worry about the scale - it's deceptive. You're losing fat and gaining muscle, so even though you're "smaller", your weight will drop slowly, remain consistent or even increase. You'll receive some very good diet advice on here. Apply that and you will see good results. Good luck!

If you want something you've never had, then do something you've never done.

Never worry how long it will take. Time will pass anyway. Take 1 day at a time and in 6 months you will be glad you made the change :) every journey must start somewhere, no matter how long or short the road
