These ready to micro veg are not clean food by a long shot. If you are bulking and struggle to pick up fat then maybe, otherwise no.
I mean the stuff was so cheap i couldnt let it pass

Dont get me wrong, i dont have such a big problem with oats, the futurelife and crunch i bought coz it was cheap and i thought it would help maybe
