Lastly, will 150g thighs be the same as the 150g fillet i would have normally eaten?
Like as per protein content etc

If it´s really lean then yeah probably quite close. You can look at the nutritional info at the back to have a better idea.

hey guys, quick one on the skinless thighs,

tastes not that well, and its quite fatty to, like when u fry it then oozes fat juice, not cool
so thats a no go right now....will stick to chicken boobs
