Good Day Forum,

I wish to get some inputs from you pertaining to my diet.

Some background, I am 30 and have been training for about 12 years.
Stats;
1.73m, 92kg, would say about 15% BF

I recently started a cycle of anavar 100mg daily with 640mg super test weekly (monday and thursdays). I intend on running the combination for 12 weeks. I am also using 250i.u.'s of hCG twice weekly. Additionally I use 0.5mg ED Arimidex to control estrogen. For fat loss I intend on using clenbuterol cycled fortnightly.

PCT would start 3 weeks after last pin and consist of 100mg Clomid ED for a week followed by 50mg Clomid ED and 20mg Nolvadex ED for the next 3 weeks.

My goal with this cycle is to recomposition. I want to drop to 10% BF at 90kg.

So far (week 3) I have gained an immense amount of strength but not so much muscle mass. I know it must be related to my diet, taking in insufficient calories. The question then is: How do you loss BF and build muscle within the same time period, when they require opposite energy requirements?

I am currently taking in about 2500kCal daily, split into 6 meals.

Can anyone please advise on what nutritional strategy to follow to achieve my goals?

Look forward to your inputs.

Keep your calories at a surplus. Do fasted cardio in the mornings and weight training later in the day.

500 seems to be the norm but everyone is different. See how it goes and adjust it if needed.

Body recomps normally occur at +-maintenance cals. Think of it as your muscles will take 500cals to grow as a surplus which leaves you at a deficit of 500cals for your fat loss. To all those who like go be pedantic- yes I know but the idea is good.
