Hi all
I have done some research and found the macros of most of the foods being used daily.
I know it is not everything out there as new food types are in stores frequently.
The database where this info is from was last updated in 2010. It took me a while to compile it in order. The file is in PDF format so don't worry about downloading an infected executable or bat file.
Hope it helps the serious dieting guys around here.
