Hey guys

I know Koe and pump are quite clued up on the natural agents that can assist with blood pressure and aid in fat loss.

My blood pressure is fine but looking for something to aid my diet with fat loss. I have two or so bottles of apple cider vinegar, apparently a spoon full diluted in some water upon waking is recommended. What else? Really looking for inexpensive route here if possible.

Currently just came off using T3 and on the Solal thyroid support formula. Also in the clomid part of PCT.

If you are going to use the apple cider mix 1 table spoon in a half a class of pure grap fruit juice that's how I did and I seen it help my wife and my brothers wife .

Ondier has very cheap l-carnitine. Works out to about R2 a day at 3g/day.

Sorry bud. Apple cider vinegar capsules are the ones. Very cheap and highly effective. Also add irvingia and supercuts 3 a truly great healthy effective lipotropic combo

We just got in Garcinia Cambogia. 100% natural, cheap as possible and works like a charm!
