All I know is over 200g chicken is ALOT to eat in one sitting, same goes for anything more than 50grams rice per meal as well

Training days, No fats??

You can't eat like a super heavyweight bodybuilder unless you are a superheavyweight bodybuilder. Otherwise you will get fat and feel like crap. The size of the portions needs to be adjusted according to your size, and if you are going to eat carbs at every meal on training days, then the timing of your higher carb meals should moved to fit in around your workouts. Particulary your post workout meal an hour after training. Carbs before bed is fine if you are doing no carbs on off days.

Low sodium is overrated. I've been following what the top nutrition guys like Hany Rambod and Chris Aceto (who between the 2 of them have more than 10 Olympia wins) say and they both agree that you only need to be concerned about low sodium in the days leading up to a contest. Unless you have high blood pressure of course. Salt in moderation is FINE unless you have health issues. On a no sodium diet you can not get that maximum pump in the gym, even with enough carbs.

@crawler I mentioned that yes but looks like he has another plan but ill just decrease the portion amounts to create that deficit each day otherwise I'm just gonna stay same weight or even gain and that's not my idee
