Hahahaha, I'm trying to find a balance in my food budget. I'm saving up for buying an engagement ring, so I need to be careful. Whats your main source of protein and carbs Rhino?

I budget for about R3k per month if I find all the right bargains. This includes supps and vitamins and so on. Some diets also much cheaper than others. R3k was last year though not sure about now.

I spend about R1200-R1500 on food and R300 on supplements. Maybe say weight/bf/height as well. Will be quite interesting how everyone's food requirement differs.

I'm normally about R2000-2500 on food.

Wow, seems like I'm not the only one paying a kings ransom.

Any tips on buying on a budget?

I think its the basic stuff like tuna and chicken, then usual carbs. He's a personal trainer so im sure he helps her out.
