Hey guys,

The PnP I usually get my fish from doesn't have my usual fish, but they have Jacopever..? Its very cheap and I know nothing about it.

Does anyone have the nutritional info for it or does anyone use it?

What fish do you normally buy?

Im suppose to only eat fish on diet I've been put on but battling with fish at them moment. Been having chicken instead but chicken very heavy for me. i would prefer to go back to fish.

Hi Chapel,

It's also called the Cape Redfish if i'm not mistaken, I've eaten it before and it was rather tasty - guess there's various ways you could prepare it like any other fish - unfortunately couldn't comment on the nutritional facts though as i got it directly from the person that caught it.

FYI you are going to battle with hake now, breeding season in oct which is coming to an end but they will need to catch up with production and prices are soaring. I have literally seen 40% price increases in hake. It will stabilise early next year.
