thought i would give u guys a new twist on breakfast, packed full of calories and high in fiber and nutrients and protein.

Note i have decided to use apple, raisins and cinnamon for this recipe, you can choose your own fruit fillings

what you will need
75g Rolled oats(not quick cooking kind, wont work with these)
50g cut up fresh apple
25g raisins
3g cinnamon
5g coconut oil
200g plain fat free yoghurt
40g whey protein (vanilla works well here)
3 packets of sweetner
1 cup of water
10g digestive bran
1 plastic air tight tupperware or a jar with a lid

place all dry ingredients into your tupperware/jar, pour over warmed coconut oil and add your cup of water, place lid on container, or lid on your jar(if its not an air tight lid place cling film over the hole and then put the lid back on to cause a seal) shake contents till well combined. place in the fridge over night and watch the contents swell and create a cool mushy consistency with a creamy texture and fresh fruit(the raisins will swell and the apple should soften over night)

Nutritional infomation for this meal is such(i use ssn cookies and cream whey for this)

Protein : 54g
Carbs : 98.8g
fats : 16g
Fiber content 15.8
sugar content 30.8

really nice sustaining meal.

I normally do cinnamon and oats soaked over night, definitely trying this.

Thanks :)

Another one from fitness mag.

ingredients:
oats
almond butter
cinnamon
whey

Pour boiled water over oats - just enough to cover them.
Once water absorbed mix the nut butter and cinnamon.
In separate bowl mix your whey and pour on top of oats.
you can add berries, nuts etc.
Allow to set for 15-25min before eating it.
