we are always in search of new protein sources and well we always worried about the carbs. so i have been doing some reading up about making your own home made greek yogurt!

is the web site i got for making your own greek/strained yogurt. if you use non fat yogurt u will get a high protein,low carb and fat snack!
a 100g of strained yogurt has an average protein content of 10g and 3g of carbs and well 0g of fat if you are using your non fat variety, i havent tried it with different flavored yogurts but i dont see why u couldnt. you can also now make a low carb/low fat tatziki sauce for your chicken if u are over dry chicken. add some whole grain mustard and u can make a bit of a marinade that isnt going to blow your calories out the water!
i mean u can even go to make strawberries and yoghurt and still keep with in your macros for the day.

u looking at 33g protein and 31g of carbs and 0 fat, now thats a pretty decent desert when you are trying to keep to your diet!
