Nut butter is excellent before bed. Why? This is a high density fat that greatly slows down the absorption of the protein, which is what you want for the next 8 hours of fasting. Instead of whey try some steak or mince!

Only thing is, i always clock watch between meal 1 and 2 and 2 and 3. In the mornings i can eat the whole fridge . 50g of oats so lil for my big bellynow i have to eat eggs first! Im going to be so grumpy
In the past i used to smash on full cup of oats easy!
There is no reason you can't eat more in the morning and just less during the rest of the day. How much oats could you eat for breakfast until you are stuffed like a Christmas turkey?
Love nut butter but I'll use a different nut butter since peanuts have more carbs.

I don't eat red meat BUT i do eat ostrich. I forgot about that bird.
