Your coach has been hired and fired so everyones last meal consists of Whey and P/Nut butter..
If u dont like Pnut butter then just mix whith the whey ...and that comes from DJ.. :)

Thanks Mike, but i want to get back where i used to be.

Ok, here's my diet so far...haven't finished meal yet...this is the rough draft...still under a few cals but i think i'll go to 1500cals instead of 1800

Tbsp coconut oil

Protein NB to start your day. Try just 4 whole eggs and make a nice omelette with the spinach and some tomato and mushrooms. :)

Nut butter is excellent before bed. Why? This is a high density fat that greatly slows down the absorption of the protein, which is what you want for the next 8 hours of fasting. Instead of whey try some steak or mince! :)

I used my Collins gem calorie book and they listed chicken breast 100g as 32g of protein.

Hmm, I'll leave the mushrooms on the side of my plate for you. Sharing is caring ;p

Only thing is, i always clock watch between meal 1 and 2 and 2 and 3. In the mornings i can eat the whole fridge . 50g of oats so lil for my big belly :( now i have to eat eggs first! Im going to be so grumpy
In the past i used to smash on full cup of oats easy!

Love nut butter but I'll use a different nut butter since peanuts have more carbs.

I don't eat red meat BUT i do eat ostrich. I forgot about that bird.

Wonder how many rotten eggs i'll crack now. :S

Maybe if dem chickens gym chest twice a week to max failure and inject Tren then I could believe it. :P

There is no reason you can't eat more in the morning and just less during the rest of the day. How much oats could you eat for breakfast until you are stuffed like a Christmas turkey?

I normally have 1 full cup of dry oats - baking cup. That filled me up. I wake up starving in the morning. Plus i know its oats time and i loooove oats.

Ya, will cut some carbs later in the day. I have to force food down my throat after meal 3.

Graze 2 full cups of oats in the morning! 3 If you can! Oats is very filling, great fibre content and not very calorie or carb dense compared to other sources in terms of volume. Never ever go hungry on a diet! If you are hungry that is your body telling you that it needs more fuel.

Probably because i never ate much after lunch in the past and it all caught up to me the following morning.

I'll add a full cup because half a cup for skinny bitches ;p teasing.

Goal is to shed about 7kgs then will see from there...
