Low percentage BF but not seeing abs

Hey Guys and Girls

Ok Ive been dieting now for 10 weeks when a friend of mine does my BF He says its 8% it was on 15% based on the 7 point method, but here is the thing my abs still look like shit like still a fatty, my legs are cut like crazy, veins showing almost all the time in them, chest show striations wen flexing and same with shoulders, my entire body looks good except my abs. Im going to the coast in 3 weeks, could it be water under the skin causing this or what. plz help guys

im 1,86m 94kilos very week i cut my calories more and more doing cardio and training my balls off

No problem bud I think your problem is a bit of bloating on the stomach area. This is mostly caused by people being sensitive to starchy carbs and sugar.

Cut out the following and report back in a week:

Pasta, Cereal, Rice, Breads, Fruit and anything with any form of sugar in it especially HFCS.
For Vegetables: Beets, carrots, potatoes, corn
For Legumes: Lentils, navy beans and chick-peas

How did your friend conduct your bf test?

Everyone stores fat differently, maybe you just one of those blokes who stores most of it in the ab region.

You can post a pic and maybe the guys can advise you further.

If its access water, I usually up my water intake!

Pyroclasm My skin around my abs are thick and blury if that makes sense. Kelevar he used skinfold calipers, he is a sports physo. I drink like 4 to 5 liters of water a day and i do measure it coz i have a 1liter water bottle thats always with me and im peeing like every hour. is that enough water?

That's enough water.

What's your currently calorie intake?

When you flex you abs are they still blurry or are they only blurry in the relaxed state?

I dont have the measurements with me i will grab them when im home. Kelevra when i dont flex they blury wen i flex they fine just the skin looks like jelly, lol. the weird thing is i pinch the skin covering my lower abs often during the day and some times it feels thicker other times thinner. someone said to me it could be estrogen build up and i must take a whole bunch of things but im skeptical

You simply need to get to a lower body fat%. There is no mystery about this. The abdominal area is the last area on men to store excess fat in 9/10 guys. You can have pretty shredded legs and delts but still have no sixpack. It's normal, especially for guys who have not been super lean for a long time or ever had a sixpack. Then it is much harder. Once you get clear abs it is easier to get them back again. Similar to how muscle memory works.

Currently worked my way to about 300 grams of carbs and protein is at 300grams also dont know about fats i dont eat much much fats really my foods are grilled chicken with veg or salad and then basmati rice. half my carb intake is taken jst before gym. currently im taking ripped freak fat burner. I have about 55 clen tabs that my cuz gave me lying at home

I think that's your problem mate, you need to keep track of your calories you are eating. I don't know your age but I assume your calories to be 2600 if you want to lose fat.

The numbers you gave for carbs and proteins amounts to already 2520 cals, your fat intake is unknown, so I don't think you eating at a deficit. You have to track your intake, the extra cals do creep in and halt progress.

Maybe use a macro ratio like this, this is only an example as I don't know your metabolism or activity level. 250p 180c 80f

I use this sweet app on bb called calorie counter by fatsecret. Very useful and easy to use. They also have a list of SA food brands.

U need good fat otherwise your system will convert carbs to fat and store ...omega 3..fatty fish.... and like Kelevra said ...

I do have a calculated diet im just running around with work so i cant type out the entire diet, i do supplement with my omega's and all that. So Basically i need to drop my calories more

You can drop your calories or increase cardio or do both. You can use the clen if you want to but your primary focus should be eating in a calorie deficit.

IMHO carb cycling is a lot of work for me, I usually find maintenance cals and subtract 500. I have 1 refeed day where I eat at maintenance cals.

Carb cycling would be beneficial for performance, high carb days on days you workout.

At the end of the day there has to be a calorie defict, how you achieve is up to you.
