A mate of mine and I have been doing nutrition and training plans for our mates and friends of friends for a long time now but we've never asked for any payment or anything. A mate I have been "consulting" for the last year is now signed up for 3 shoots this december and is competing next year and I'll post some pics of it in a while because I am 100% sure he is the next top athlete in south africa and he stands by my advice (which I mostly learned through this forum and countless hours of research), so with that said, we would like to start charging clients for diets and training programs. We are not qualified to do so but I know that herbalife distributors give diets without qualification so my question is, how much, if any, trouble could we run into if we started a small business (in cape town) selling nutrition and training programs? My cousin is a lawyer and has offered to draw up a disclaimer for us so with that involved do you think it would be worth going for it? we've created an excel program to do the diets with and it's pretty amazing so we'd love to put it to use.
