My bodyfat %

Hi Gents

I got my BF tested few days ago with a 9-point caliper test.

It came to 21%. I was shocked, cause i figured id be around 14-15%.
Im only a tiny bit more flabby than my profile pic, and there i was 12% body fat according to the same caliper test.

Id like to figure out my maintenance calories, but im not sure how this is possible. I actually took my measurements and used it on 6 different online body fat testers and they all give different results between 21%- 14.5%. I then took everything and got an average out of the 6 methods. I then get 18.7%.

Any help?

Had a simular issue started cycle at around 14 % and at the end came in at 20% now bridging with Anavar and 3f and upped the cardio starting to lean out ...could also be water

I was using yohombine at the time> i know it causes water retention. think it can influence my tests?

Yomby should have caused fat loss ...are u drinking plenty of water otherwise your diet needs tweaking bru...

I don't focus too much on bf, maybe you should go with a mirror, if you feel you look good then don't let some percentage throw you off. For a more accurate bf test I think you can get a dexa scan
