I like to post a sample of my diet and please let me know what I can add or take away.

meal 1:oats,banana,whey protien And 2egg suites also à cup of green tea
TRAINING
meal 2(post trAining):whey protien,50g of future life and 2 egg whites
meal 3:250g of ostrich mince,brown basmati and broccoli
meal 4:6 egg whites and pilchards(lol) on rice cakes
meal 5:chicken breast(150-200g) and sweet potato
meal 6(snack): whey protien 1egg White and a banana
meal 7:tuna n salad
meal 8(before bedtime):4egg whites n 2table spoons of cottage cheese

your valuable input will be appreciated

I terms of structure and the foods you are eating your diet is good. I would double the post workout meal as this is the time we eat as much as possible due to increased nutrient uptake. Of course future life isn't the best or ideal and Vitargo or dextrose is a better choice, but I think you know that already. This is your next tweak if you feel your diet needs work. I see a trend of taking egg whites with your whey protein any reason for that?

What are your caloric needs?
What are your macro breakdowns and how much protein from pure sources?

I combine my whey with some whole food sometimes if i cant eat that much and add in some whey. The only thing id do is maybe add some whole eggs and drop the whey where possible and get some more healthy fats as well. This diet is quite low in fats.

I believe egg whites are the king lol but I add it for extra protien and I I think it's a nice combo of fast digesting n slow digesting protien.
I also thought the sucrose In future life would give a nice insulin spike(I might be wrong tho)....and it's got some maize in it as well but yes I know vitargo is a far better option it's just he'll expensive.
as far as calorie intake etc is concerned I'm very dumb when it it comes to that.....I just work on 2grams of protien/1kg of body weight system and split that between 6 to 7 meals?

Thank you for that bro always great to hear some positive feedback! :) You don't need Vitargo you can just use dextrose Monohydrate which you can get it from Ondier cheap cheap. Work on 3-4g protein per kilogram for a bulk. Calories are EVERYTHING in the world of bodybuilding. It's the big boss man.
