Bananas was created by Rhino
So I've been craving them... If you were going to add them to your diet where would you fit them in?

Thanks gents

With your oats! Love that. Otherwise in your post workout meal, or if you have a post workout shake, the meal after that. :woohoo:

Well with being on IGF I've found that carbs are a good thing so ill just throw them in until I see I'm gaining fat wich seems impossible at the moment.
Thanks Lads

Have them anywhere you would eat carbs. I always chowed them pre-workout and they give me huge energy.

Saw this recipe and thought you might like it. ;)

PROTEIN BANANA SPLIT

Ingredients:

1 banana, cut lengthwise

1/3 cup of rolled oats

1 tsp. vanilla

1/3 cup of milk

1 tbsp. of chopped nuts (I use salted cashew nuts)

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder

1/2 oz. of 80% dark chocolate

1 packet of Canderel

1/2 tbsp. of dried coconut

Directions:

1) Mix the vanilla, oats, and milk together. Place in the fridge overnight.

2) Place the banana in the freezer and let it sit for a 3 hours.

3) Before eating, stir the chopped nuts in with the oats. Set aside.

4) Melt the dark chocolate. Combine that with the Canderel, and mix it together with the protein powder. Add water to reach your desired consistency.

5) Remove the banana from the freezer, and smother with the muesli and chocolate sauce. Top with shredded coconut.
