protein pancakes :D

just a super awesome receipt i'd like to share :

9 egg whites
1 whole egg
cup of oatmeal
dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp of Greek yoghurt
1 scoop of protein

drizzle some honey over this and you have an amazing breakfast / snack

Next time you make it take a photo to post so we can see how it looks. Sounds pretty yummy.

Egg whites, vanilla essence and casein also works well. Casein gives nice volume. Then sprinkle some alkalyzed cocoa and sweetener on that sucker and enjoy :woohoo:

i keep mine basic and works pretty well too

6 whole eggs
100g oats
sweetener

mix into a bowl and slap onto the pan,

comes out more like a thick waffle with that ratio of egg/oats

I paste some peanut butter, cinnamon and honey on after.

really filling meal that's easy to get down.
