Ok so as long as your eating enough how much cardio can you do before you start ruining your gains? See I prefer more of a body recomp than a cut and always keep my cals at minimum maintenance and just manipulate my cardio .
You just read so much BS on the pro's and cons of cardio.

So far so good but could I have gained more by doing the traditional bulk cut formula ..?
