Hi all, taken a good read of DJs diet stickies and have decided to add some work to my diet.
My stats:
Age: 19 - lifting since 15
Height: 178
Weight: 82kgs
Body fat: 12%
Goal: Gain some size and strength
Breakfast:
100g Oats with teaspoon of honey
3 eggs
Apple
Snack:
Biltong
Peanut Butter Sandwich
Almonds
Lunch:
2 chicken breasts
Brown Rice (around 100g) or Sweet Potato
Veg (usually broccoli, carrots)
Snack:
Whey protein, mozerrella, pro vita, biltong
Supper:
200g Steak/Chicken with Veg
Snack:
250ml Low Fat Milk
Current Supplements:
Ganic pre workout (absolutely love it)
Post workout: Whey, with 50g oats and a banana.
Now I know my diet isn't perfect but would appreciate any assistance or guidance.
