Hi Everyone
I am a 25 year old male and I have been working out for the last two years.
I am currently around the 75 kg mark with around 8% bodyfat mark and looking to gain 5 kg of lean muscle over the next year.
I am starting a new diet today and I would just like to get some input whether you guys think it is sufficient or if I should make some changes. I am also currently still natural.
My diet:
Breakfast:
100g of Futurelife Zero + 1 Serving (32g) of ON Gold standard Whey
Morning Snack:
2 Slices of whole wheat bread
2 Slices of low fat cheese
4 slices of Turkey meat
1 tsp of mustard
Lunch:
1.5 Cups of cooked brown pasta
200g of topside mince
1 cup of broccoli
Pre Workout:
2 slices of rye bread + 2 tlbs Apricot jam
250g of fat free cottage cheese
Post workout:
2 scoops (64g) of ON Gold Standard Whey
1 cup of cooked white rice.
Dinner:
160g of cooked chicken breast
1 cup peas, carrots and corn
1 medium potato
