Hi guys
I am pretty much an amateur when it comes down to getting the nutritional side of things in order.
I really need some advice regarding setting up a diet for me to follow.
I am 30 yrs old, weigh 104kg's and have been training on/off for 4 years.
I am starting gym at the end of this month and need to bring down my BF% drastically in order for me to build up lean.
Any advice will be highly appreciated!
