I see a lot of cutting diets on this site.I would like to know the diet when on bulking cycle.Should you increase your intake.If you have to increase,HOW to go about it.I see alot on the internet but not here.
I used the thor-Chris hemsworh diet.10 meals a day and work for me.But not everyone is the same.Maybe it can help some newbies.
If some senoir members with experience on this can give their 2 cents.

Basically you need to up your cals by 250 to 500 over maintenance but increase it gradually. 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per lb of lean body weight and carbs and fats to make up the rest.
