I've tweaked my diet and would like some critique from the community. My goal is to add lean muscle. I'm looking to gain about 6 kilos of solid muscle mass for the year. I'm currently consuming about 3100 calories per day and have stopped growing. So it's time to change things up again. I am currently rounding up PCT but am planning to start another cycle at the end of February or middle March. Body fat measurements will be taken weekly from now on and the diet adjusted accordingly. As always, your inputs would be greatly appreciated.

You are not growing because you are in PCT. Rather see it like you are not shrinking, which is great. You need to wait longer for your system to recover from the last cycle. This is serious stuff!
