Hey guys,
I've been working on my diet and just need a few pointers.
Firstly my stats:
Age:23
1.95m
90kg
BF around 18%
I build quickly and recovery speed is average. I want to build myself up to 110kg naturally over a long period of time. I'm dedicated as I've grown a lot in the past few years. I've been stalking this site absorbing info and finally I feel as if I need some advice.
I've composed a diet according to my student budget. And believe that you guys can help me with the exact amounts needed and what ratio I should work as I'm kinda uncertain and I'd like to go into this with confidence.
Breakfast:
3-4 Eggs
50g of oats and cinnamon
some mixed nuts
(Thinking of adding this to my snack rather. Keeping the carbs and proteins separate. But as this is most likely my pre workout as well would the nuts benefit me by making digestion slower?
)
Snack: (This will most probably be my post workout)
Fruit like bananas apples or maybe an oats, peanut butter, bananna and whey smoothie? and add some meuseli to that?
Lunch:
150-200g Meat or Chicken
Sweet Potato or Brown Rice
Green salad or Steamed broccoli
(Keen on trying to steam my meals as I'm quite busy during the day)
Snack:
150-200ml Greek or Bulgarian yoghurt
(Would a bit of muesli here be a bad thing?)
Or an Avo with melba toast
Dinner:
200g Meat or Chicken.
1 cup Sweet Potatoes or Brown rice
Green salad or Steamed broccoli or spinach or green beans.
Before bed:
Mixed nuts
I worked out that I need about 3600 calories a day. I'm not sure with which ration to work and assk for some knowledge as to what would be best.
Any crit welcome
