Mayonnaise As Fat Source was created by Legacy
Hi Everyone

Just a quick question from my side.

I recently changed my morning protein + fat meal from chicken + peanut butter to tuna + PB.

The biggest issue with the chicken is it takes around 15 minutes to eat where the tuna can be chowed in less than 5. I have lots of meetings and other nonsense so I eat in breaks and 15 minutes is just too long.

Can I add say 20g of mayonnaise to the tuna for the fat part of the meal or should I stay clear?

Thanks!

Thanks Mike I am around 9% so quite lean.

It seems most of the fats are made up of poly and mono fats and it is around 5% saturated which is not too bad.

Has anyone noticed that MyFitness pall gives a goal of 0g for both poly and mono fats. Must be a glitch.

Correct, all mayo found in normal shops like pick and pay has sugar in it though
