Hey Gents
Just wondering how you guys split your macros? I'm never sure if I'm eating to many carbs and not enough fats. Currently my split is P39%=319g/ C44%=358g/ F17%=66g. Total 3345 cals I do have an extra 80 cals worth of omega 3 everyday which isn't included in that split so fat is closer to 20%.
My weight has been stable for 3 weeks so I'm on maintenance cals.
I'm 91 kg at the moment and lean. All abs are out and even obliques first thing before the eating begins . So Protein should be fine as it's just over 1.5 but I'm not stinking :lol: so it's not to high.
The only thing I'm on at the moment is IGF which I only started this week and I'm having carbs with every meal except my cassien and PB before bed.
Should I post my diet and you guys can have a look and see if it needs tweeking?
