Can some one give me more advise on my diet, I started to diet 8 weeks ago with body weight of 112kg and 22% bfat.
Current stats
Age 37
103kg
16% bfat
1.93 meter
2700 cal/day 6 meals
carbs is 0.5g x lean body weight
fat is 0.5g x lean body weight
remaining cal are from protein
exercise 6 day's a week, with no rest between sets (active rest- rope jump)
Carbs are consumed in 3 meals First meal, pre-workout and post-workout.
Using flex seed oil, cla 6 tabs a day and bcaa during work-out and vitamins
do not use sugar, or any junk food at this time.
Trying to get to 10% bf and then to bulk-up on a lean mass diet, will use a cycle to help put clean muscle on.
Any advise will be appreciated.
