Hi Guys

I was wondering if it is worth sacrificing the Calorie count to get your glycogen stores in your muscles refilled to get your muscles to repair quicker and more efficiently ? I am currently adding BCAA, Creatine and Dextrose to my Whey Protein Concentrate from BSSA for my Post workout.

Sup Flex,

I been adding a few scoops of a post workout called Reload. Great taste too. Includes BCAA's, creatine, the whole package. A trainer recommended I drink it during workout too without sacrificing my increased calories. Been helping a bit.

why not add sugar laden, fast digesting breakfast cereal post work out? this will give u much better satisfaction than drinking a highly sweet whey shake. the guys i have been prepping for the WBFF have all been eating kids cereal of their choice, virtually fiber or fat free, post work out with their whey mixed with water and getting really really conditioned. This too will actually add in mental satisfaction for you,the dieter, knowing that i get to have a bowl of frostees post work out and its not a bad thing, this will keep your cravings at bay and will keep you mentally strong from eating, lets face it,boring, bland, diet food which can be really repetitive.

if you get the same results having a bowl of chocos and whey as u would from a whey and dextrose shake, which would be more mentally satisfactory with the same physical benefits?

Hey Smalguy,

Reload is a new product from Pro Nutrition.
Great taste and working well for me. It is a post workout recovery formula and muscle cell volumizing matrix. Has glutamine, Taurine, BCAA's and Creatine.
Check out their website.
