This too will actually add in mental satisfaction for you,the dieter, knowing that i get to have a bowl of frostees post work out and its not a bad thing, this will keep your cravings at bay and will keep you mentally strong from eating,lets face it,boring,bland,diet food which can be really repetitive.
if you get the same results having a bowl of chocos and whey as u would from a whey and dextrose shake,which would be more mentally satisfactory with the same physical benefits?
