I would like to get some decent info on the differences between bulking and cutting diets. I have read some threads and i have been on prescribed diets which worked perfectly for building muscle or losing weight but what i want to get information on is how to build my own diet depending of what my goals are.
I know this is probably one of the most important factors of being an athlete and that is why i think this could make for the perfect thread as you cant build muscle or lose weight if you are not in control of the kitchen.
