This is what ill be doing. I cant do heavy workouts due to a recent situation however I need to start my diet again, got about 6 kgs of fat to lose to get to about 7% BF and then start bulking cycle after fast
Will be doing Keto now right through the Ramadaan (Fast) which I think is a good idea as its now IF plus keto
Kcals at 2500 per day
Training 1 hour before breaking fast including a 20-30 min walk at 11% incline
Any others with training programmes and diets during fast? other ideas?
Ive done something like this last year and I sh!t you not the endurance isn't so bad, Strength on the other hand is effed up!! But it worked like a bomb for fatloss
