What's your grocery bill per month?

I only pay R1800 for groceries and thats including a Protein shake, which i seldomly buy

Between 4 and 6 k pm without supp. Add an extra 2k for that. Family of 4. Me at 105 kg . Wife and 2 boys who are 8 and 5. We do meat and fish at woollies and our veg too. Only detergents and cereals etc at pnp

The chicken I get from a lady that gets them from the farms. So I literally get them just as they are plucked Very very fresh an good quality! And the hake at Seawork. It is 100g hake blocks, in packs of 1 kg per box. You have to shop around and try to find the best prices for best value

In a month of good shopping discipline, I spend around R3k on food and around R500 on supps
